Nicholas had a fun little birthday. We invited our friends over to have a party to celebrate our big one year old. After dinner, he got to open presents (or mom and dad did. He was not too interested in them today.)
I made two cakes, one small one just for Nicholas to attack. He had a lot of fun playing in it and smooshing frosting in his hands, and then realized he could eat it too!
After a while, he decided he was messy enough and was all done!
So Daddy gave him a nice bath. He loved to play in the sprayer.
Nicholas and Lia are 6 months apart, so we thought it would be fun to catch them together. Lia didn't like the idea much!
Here are all the cute kids at the party. What a fun little group!

Holy cow! I can't believe he is already one year old. Time is going by way too fast.
